The 6th Annual Long Lake Volunteer Fire Department and
Auxiliary Picnic and Parade will be held Saturday, July
4.
The festivities will run from noon to 6p.m. Food
will be available for purchase at noon.
The theme this year for the parade is "Mardi Gras."
Cash prizes will be awarded for best entry as follows:
$100 for first, $50 for second, and $25 for third place
winners
Entries will be judged based on the Mardi Gras theme.
Persons who are interested in participating or would

Organizers are also looking for crafters who would
donate one of their items for the drawing at the picnic.
