Environmental Stewardship Program

Program on BioFuels by Fred Erwin

Please join us on April 19, 2007 at the Florence Natural Resource and Wild Rivers Interpretive Center for an informational program on BioFuels.  Fred Erwin, owner of Northern Lights Wind and Sun, will be leading this program.  He will, in layman terms, give us a simple understanding of ethanol and biodiesel and the future of the two.  He will also dispel some of the common myths of E85.  Fred led an interesting program last year about solar energy, and he will no doubt educate and entertain all in attendance

If you would like to learn more about maple BioFuels, please join us!  This program will be held from 6:30pm to 8:00pm in the lower level classroom at the Florence Natural Resource and Wild Rivers Interpretive Center located on the corner of US Hwy 2 and Hwy 101/70 in Florence.  The Environmental Stewardship Program Series are put on by the Friends of the Wild Rivers Interpretive Center and are open to the public and free of charge.  For more information on this or any programs, contact Nathan Ruble in the Florence Natural Resource Center at 888-889-0049 ext 101.
